Mike brings over 42 years of restaurant experience to the Compass team.

He has a successful record of corporate restaurant development including, site selection, concept development, establishment and execution of training standards and new store openings.

His experience includes extensive expertise in the areas of restaurant financial management and guest service, restaurant feasibility studies and development/execution of training programs.

As Executive Director of the Mississippi Hospitality and Restaurant Association, Mike engaged hundreds of restaurants across all industry segments and provided help with virtually every aspect of restaurant operations including marketing, concept development and financial management.
